On The Nose

This 1999 Dom Perignon vintage has a youthful citrus aroma and grapefruit notes. On swirling the Champagne glass for a few seconds, the citrus bouquet of the wine gives way to rich aromas of coconut, cocoa, and tobacco.

On The Palate

This vintage engulfs you with an earthy complex fullness and a vibrant warmth of peppery spice. The intense sensation of flavors melts into an exotic maturity of ripe fruit, pear, and green apple flavors with a slight touch of aniseed.

喜歡香檳的人，一定喜歡 路易王妃水晶(Cristal)。每次Cristal一出場，都總有人會道出Cristal酒瓶與別不同的兩大特點 – 瓶身透明及平底。

此香檳第一年產為1876年，只供應沙皇一人。酒瓶用透明玻璃做（這款香檳因此被命名為Cristal，水晶Crystal的意思），好使他能清楚欣賞瓶中酒的氣泡及葡萄金黃之顏色。瓶底則改為平底的設計，就是為了不讓任何人在瓶底藏有炸藥或其他危險物品。直到1945年，此香檳才正式公開發售，自此成為Champagne Louis Roederer最高級別的旗艦香檳。
