The Macallan Edition No.2 is the second instalment in the Speyside distillery’s limited ‘Editions Series’. This delightful expression is a collaboration between Macallan master blender, Bob Dalgarno, and Spanish chefs Josep, Joan and Jordi Roca. It is a fruity and complex dram created from a combination of sherry butts, puncheons and refill hogsheads and the results are astounding. As a limited edition whisky, this one is becoming rarer by the day.
The distinctive and dynamic character of Edition No. 2 has been shaped not only by the use of seven exceptional oak cask types from four different bodegas but by the creative spirit of each of the four collaborators; combining flavours to reflect each of their distinctive personalities in the resulting whisky.
COLOR
Golden syrup.
NOSE
Treacle, ginger, toffee apples and rich fruits. Layers of vanilla open into tropical fruits and subtle green wood.
PALATE
Warm with spice as cracked black pepper and cloves join with hints of chocolate, brown sugar, oak and nuts. Finally, liquorice and brandy snaps come through.
FINISH
Full, slow, warm and wonderfully viscous.

Mars Whisky 信州蒸餾所，隸屬來自鹿兒島的本坊Hombo酒造集團，由本坊家族的七兄弟，於1872年成立至今。歷時140年，是日本時至今日極為很重要的酒造集團之一。
對於日本威士忌發展史上來說，Mars信州蒸餾所也是一座寶庫，與Suntory三得利、Nikka日果有著密不可分的歷史情感。甚至從「日威榮光三本柱」的這個名字，更說明了他的重要性！
信州蒸餾所 座落在日本長野縣，標高798公尺的深山幽谷裡，是所有日本現在的威士忌酒廠中，海拔最高的一個。
信州所生產出的威士忌風味絕美，因為地理環境的涼爽的溫度，減緩了熟成的步調。加上花崗岩過濾積雪，主要的水源為融化的雪源。讓系列酒款的整體表現優雅細緻，口感豐富，層次多變風味迷人。
畢竟缺少優美的水質，是無法孕育出高品質的威士忌。加上蒸餾所崇尚自然、低度發展，才讓產量有限，所以酒廠本身，才會蒙上一層神秘色彩。

三得利在宣布了停產旗下的響12年後，在新增了Hibiki- Japanese Harmony 之後, 更上一層增加了Master’s Select。至少有10種麥芽及榖物交匯，陳年在5款不同類型的酒桶。在第三代調酒師及SHINGO TORII創始人曾孫監督，加上第四代首席調酒師福與伸二（SHINJI FUKUYO）培養下，融合出高貴和諧的淡淡山崎雪利桶特色，融合10種以上來自山崎、白州與知多酒廠原酒，含有世界知名的山崎雪莉桶威士忌。
酒瓶獨特的24切面的設計是來自於24節氣的概念，瓶標則使用沒有過度裝飾的越前和紙，並印上書法字體「響」，這日本是著名的書法家荻野丹雪氏題字，傳達日本威士忌的世界觀。「響」的首席調酒師福井真二（Shinji Fukuyo）設想了味道和香氣的和諧，一個是純粹，且又能同時趕到復雜，卻又和諧，這是Hibiki調和的核心概念。

喜歡香檳的人，一定喜歡 路易王妃水晶(Cristal)。每次Cristal一出場，都總有人會道出Cristal酒瓶與別不同的兩大特點 – 瓶身透明及平底。
此香檳第一年產為1876年，只供應沙皇一人。酒瓶用透明玻璃做（這款香檳因此被命名為Cristal，水晶Crystal的意思），好使他能清楚欣賞瓶中酒的氣泡及葡萄金黃之顏色。瓶底則改為平底的設計，就是為了不讓任何人在瓶底藏有炸藥或其他危險物品。直到1945年，此香檳才正式公開發售，自此成為Champagne Louis Roederer最高級別的旗艦香檳。
